Escrow contracts by Deposix
Deposix's contracts are legally tested and reflect the solid legal knowledge of the escrow specialist. Deposix offers different types of escrow contracts which can be established according to your specific situation:
- Individual contract (TRE): one software manufacturer, one piece of software, one client/user
- Licence provider master agreement (TTD): one software manufacturer, one piece of software, any number of clients/users
- “Multi” licence provider master agreement (MLT): one software manufacturer, any number of software products, any number of clients/users per software product
- Licence holder master agreement (TTL): one client/user, any number of software manufacturers, one piece of software per software manufacturer
All contracts can of course be tailored to your specific requirements with the help of your legal adviser and are available in English or German.
